The Who: A group of volunteers gathered together to raise funds for 100 corrective cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries by embarking on a cross country bicycling expedition. This campaign aims to assist Operation Smile in their mission to promote awareness about cleft lips and cleft palates and to provide free corrective surgeries. 

The What: A $24,000 goal to raise 100 smiles for children with cleft palate.

The How: A team of deaf and CODA cyclists rode over 3,000 miles across America in hopes of inspiring generous hearts to donate to the Operation: Miles for Smile campaign. 

The When: May 18th to June 30, 2011
